The house consists of 2 connected objects. In total there are 5 bedrooms with 5 beds. All apartments are fully equipped for a living.
Villa is situated in Kaštel Lukšić nearby UNESCO cities Split ( 15 km) and UNESCO historic Trogir (10 km).Distance from the international airport “SPLIT” (SPU) is 6 km.
Distance from the beach is 1000 meter or 10-12 minutes of walking distance. Nearest bars, supermarket, and restaurants are 350 meter away from the house or 5-6 minutes of walking distance.
The property is 2000 m2 large and its fenced from all sides…
Parking for 4-5 cars is free and its private..
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and all contents on a property are private and belong to guests who rent the house.
